We originally had Joe install a camera system (11-12 cameras) in our home a couple of years ago. I will tell you he was always on time, was efficient, and his work was/is meticulous. I still scratch my head as to how he ran wires through our house in order to get to the outside cameras. We have since had him back to work on our Audio Visual Equipment. That too went perfectly. We have had a few issues with remote connections and Joe was always on it immediately. We have also used him several times for camera work at our office. The true testament though is how many times I have referred him to others (8-10 times) and really any time the topic of A/V or Cameras came up in conversation. I am always hesitant to refer people as it doesn’t always go smoothly and I don’t want my name attached to it if it goes bad! Every single time I have referred Joe the people I referred him to called or texted to tell me what a great job he did for them as well.

Joe just finished a Huge job for us today at our business. When we gave him his final payment today we let him know how extremely happy we were. He provided our camera system, security system, sound system (which my husband made clear that must sound awesome and it does) and hung all of the TVs for us. The amount of wiring for the job was insane but they installed it all meticulously and I’ve had several comments from other contractors on how nice the wiring for the systems look. I was looking for a local security company and was so glad I found Hayes Home Security. Joe has been great to work with and has gone above and beyond to help us! He provided us with a touchscreen security system that can also be used for home automation. We can now control thermostats and lights from an app when we are away from home. Another plus is the monthly monitoring fee, best prices and no contract to sign.

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the latest technology. I went over the quotes from other companies with him to get a better understanding on the equipment. The alarm he sold me can be controlled from my cell phone and was about the same price as the other quotes. I travel for work and sometimes forget to do things before leaving, so controlling the alarm with my phone is a great option. I was impressed with the professional courtesy he extended to me while I made my decision.
